Hi great people. As some of you may know, I love traveling. If it were in my power, I would travel around the world in my lifetime (smiling). I recently visited Ethiopia, a breathtaking and fascinating country in East Africa with an incredible history and rich culture. The first thing I noticed when I landed in Ethiopia was the people. They are lovely, friendly, and outgoing. They gave us a warm welcome to their country. As I explored Ethiopia, I learned fascinating things about the country, including the people, culture, religion, history, landscape, etc. I had a blast in Ethiopia.…
Hi great people. I recently posted about NFL Player Jermaine Gresham paying the luggage charges for a law student whose credit card was declined. I received numerous responses to the post in my email. Several people also shared how they experienced unusual kindness from total strangers. The stories were very encouraging. Today, 16th September 2024, the world woke up to the sad news of the sudden passing of Michael Jackson’s brother, Toriano Adaryll Jackson AKA Tito Jackson. Like everyone else, I was saddened by the news because I grew up listening to The Jacksons and I believe they’re among the greatest musicians of all time. Tito Jackson was the 3rd born of the 10 Jackson siblings. He was thus older than Michael Jackson who was the 8th born in the family. Apparently, Tito Jackson died on Sunday, 15th September 2024. He was born on 15th October 1953 in Indiana, Gray, St.…

People gave varied views about the situation, making the conversation very interesting. Below is the trending photo. Apparently, the flight was from Helsinki (Finland) to Copenhagen (Denmark). The photo of the plus-size passenger was taken by a fellow traveler on the plane. You see, the plus-size passenger sat on a seat next to the plane’s aisle. He struggled to sit in his seat because the space was too…
Delilah Cassidy, a law student from Arizona, USA had booked her flight with American Airlines. She wanted to return home after her travels in Europe. When she got to the airport, she learned that while she was away in Europe, American Airlines had reviewed its luggage policy and introduced an applicable fee per bag. Since Delilah had several bags, she decided to consolidate them into one. The American Airlines staff then weighed the bag and to her dismay, they said it was too heavy. She was charged $50. Although she was not amused by the new changes, she had no…
Hi, great people. Last week, I attended a seminar for women aged 40 and above. The seminar was about: “Thriving in Midlife and Beyond”. The 52 wonderful women I met at the seminar ranged in age from 40 to 88. The seminar was empowering and fun. The most interesting part was when the facilitator asked the women to share one thing they regret most as they age. The facilitator encouraged us to feel free to share our regrets in a candid and most vulnerable way. The women did not disappoint; they were up to the task. The regrets the women…
